Clients reviews about The Floor Men, Cape Cod

Decided it was time to restore the oak floors in our beach house, which involved sanding, replacing water damaged and pinged boards, and refinishing/sealing with a lighter, more up to date stain. We could not be happier with the project. Tony and Adele, The Floor Men, really take pride in their work and make total customer satisfaction their top priority. Every square inch of the wood floor of the 2800 square foot property was done to perfection, including tough to get at areas like the base of balusters and hard to reach closet corners behind doors. They worked efficiently and were careful when moving furniture and other personal items off site. They may not speak English as their native language, but their Customer-speak is flawless. We recommend without hesitation. ~ Rodger M

Tony and the floor men transformed our house. We recently purchased the house, built in the 1950s, and the floors had been badly neglected. The floor men made the house feel brand new. They artfully removed the many splatters of old paint, gouges, and protruding nails. They applied stain which unified the color tone of the floors across the house. Doing business with the floor men was a pleasure. They made constructive suggestions when decisions were made. They had no trouble getting the work done on the agreed-upon schedule. The payment schedule was clear. The price was fair. We had been talking to various floor people for months, since moving in, and we were so happy to finally find the floor men. ~ T K

Our cottage had the original 1950 pine floors. They were uneven and creaky (that gave it character!) but with carpenter ant damage, along with moisture we reached out to The Floor Men owner Tony who had worked on a neighbor’s home to give us expert recommendations. The project evolved, and Tony and team had to replace underlayment and some joists along with installing beautiful oak flooring. Tony kept us informed with videos and photos, and along the way he made suggestions on how to improve the look at no additional cost. The final product is great! We are very happy with The Floor Men and the owner Tony Britto of West Yarmouth, Ma and highly recommend them! ~ Kelly D

They really are the BEST! Toni and Adele refinished and stained our floors beautifully with such care and professionalism. They both went above and beyond and my family is extremely grateful. Our stairs are pine with plywood risers that are typically painted, but I really wanted the full wood look. I asked for them to be stained to match the stairs and they came out amazing!
